You are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement if your product is:
We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. We refund the product price (not original shipping).
These exclusions do not apply if the item is defective — your ACL rights remain.
If 45 days have passed and tracking shows no movement, contact us. We will issue a full refund or send a replacement at your choice. We absorb all loss.
