Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Delays caused by customs, weather, or peak seasons (Black Friday, holidays) are outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived after 45 days, contact us for a refund or replacement.
Tracking numbers are added to your order page when available. You can view all orders at luxeglobal.store/orders after signing in.
Most orders ship duty-paid. For destinations where local customs may charge import duties (typically high-value orders into the EU and UK), the customer is responsible for paying any duties charged on delivery. We declare every package at its actual value.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll contact you and either reship (you cover the new shipping) or refund minus original shipping cost.
If your package arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and contents within 48 hours and email us — we will refund or replace.
