Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or purchasing from luxeglobal.store ("LUXE XCLUSIVE", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. The store

LUXE XCLUSIVE is a curated atelier operated from Victoria, Australia. We source objects from suppliers worldwide and dispatch them directly to you. All transactions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia and the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

3. Orders & pricing

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Compare-at prices reflect typical retail elsewhere — they are not promises of past pricing on this site.

We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing error, stock exhaustion, or violation of these Terms. A full refund will be issued if we cancel.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe (cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay), PayPal, or in Bitcoin to an address we provide. We do not store full card numbers. Your payment is final once authorised by the processor.

5. Shipping & delivery

We dispatch worldwide. Estimated delivery is 10–30 business days from supplier dispatch, depending on destination and customs. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

Tracking numbers are provided on the order page when available. Customs duties or import taxes (if any) are the customer's responsibility.

6. Returns & refunds

In line with the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if a product is:

  • defective or damaged on arrival
  • materially different from the description on this site
  • not delivered within a reasonable time

For change-of-mind returns, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return. The product must be unused, in original packaging, and the customer is responsible for return shipping. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.

7. Product descriptions

We aim for accurate descriptions and photography, but minor variations in colour, dimension, or finish may occur between batches sourced from suppliers. Photographs are illustrative.

8. User accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site to break the law, scrape content, attempt unauthorised access, post abusive content, or impersonate others. We may suspend accounts engaged in these activities.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this site (logos, copy, product photography, design) is owned by LUXE XCLUSIVE or used under licence. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit it without written permission.

11. Limitation of liability & product disclaimer

Products are supplied by our international manufacturing partners. LUXE XCLUSIVE acts as the seller of record and curator — we are not the manufacturer of the items sold and make no representations or warranties beyond those expressly stated in the product description and those that cannot be excluded by law.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Customer responsibility: you are responsible for confirming the product is suitable for your intended use, complies with the laws of your country, and is operated according to the manufacturer's instructions. Electrical items must be used with appropriate plug adapters or voltage converters for your region.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the UK Consumer Rights Act, the US Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, or any other consumer protection law that applies to you and cannot be excluded.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date above will change accordingly. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
